Redeem Natwest Yourpoints

in Credit cards
Hi,
I have a few yourpoints (£250) and want to buy a computer from Currys (£500). I just wanted to check if they accept multiple vouchers as they only come in £10s. I'll then make up the difference by CC.
Also, is there an alternative to waiting for the vouchers to arrive by snail mail? I don't understand why they can't email?
I emailed customer support these questions last week but no answer as yet.
Thanks in advance.

Er, is that a response to the second part of my question about why vouchers are only by post?0

nope, have no idea how the Natwest points system works, but i know that you can't pay with giftcard online at currys.Swagbucks - Apr 14 - Nov 19PayPal £1745 Amazon £2285 John Lewis £170 Mastercard £3800

Ah ok - I didn't actually ask that question. The query was around why Natwest sends vouchers by mail and not email.0

Yes i know u didnt ask that specific question, but it is related. Now you know there is no chance of you being able to use them online at Currys. Because after all it seems from your curiosity you prefer the electronic form of voucher (speed of delivery) and i think you wanted to buy a computer from the retailer Currys. Is that correct?Swagbucks - Apr 14 - Nov 19PayPal £1745 Amazon £2285 John Lewis £170 Mastercard £3800

Hi,
Yes I do want to buy a computer from Currys, but know I have to go to a store to get it. I was just surprised that the vouchers from Natwest had to come via mail and not email - most vouchers I've received in the last couple of years are generally by email, with the content having a bar code to identify it.0 -
I suppose there is a higher risk of security with print your own vouchers. The retailer would be supplying these vouchers and probably prefer the high security measures and ability to regulate them through serial numbers and protection against fraud etc. All reasonable actions for a retailer as big as Currys.Swagbucks - Apr 14 - Nov 19PayPal £1745 Amazon £2285 John Lewis £170 Mastercard £3800

currys dont do e-giftcards/e-vouchers
Yes they do, I got emailed one a few months ago
You had the choice of entering the long code at the checkout, or printing out the voucher and using it at a local branch. I chose the later as I didn't really want anything but wanted to get rid of the voucher. The checkout operator seemed confused and had to get a member of management to show them how to enter the voucher.
You can use as many vouchers as you like in a single purchase, so £250 worth shouldn't be a problem. Prepare to wait however as the paper vouchers have to be entered manually, whereas the card vouchers can just be swiped.0 -

Was it a gift voucher?
I was referring e-giftcards and gift vouchers to being the same. My apologies for this. What i should have said is that you cant use gift cards or the paper versions (gift voucher) online.
The Currys Gift Card can then be used to purchase from our large range of electrical goods and our KNOWHOW services in any of our Currys, Currys.digital, PC World and Dixons Travel stores or reserve on-line at https://www.currys.co.uk and collect and pay using the gift card in your local store.
I previously had £90 worth of gift vouchers 6 months ago.
