Swansea Excel-wrote my car reg over another car reg

Hi, I have seen the template for first appeal to excel.
I think I have read that according to POPLA that if you issue a ticket and its wrong you have to rip it up and write a new one. HE wrote my reg number over someone elses and the attendant admitted it to me. Shall I just copy and paste the first appeal letter on the main thread here or shall I add this point to it too?
I parked in a bay where they had blacked out the original lines...and it wasnt a yellow box i was on. he said it was for access to park their vehicle!
Thanks in advance

It's pointless, just appeal on the points in the sticky thread by coupon mad, send electronically and via post through the post office with a free proof of postage.
Is this the car park down in SA1 or where Saint David's market was? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I still intend to have a look at this one, maybe pop down there tomorrow.
In terms of the appeal, unless the car is not yours wait until the Notice to Keeper arrives, it must be with you between days 29-56 after ticketing. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I have the notice to keeper now since the 1st may. It's time for me to write my soft appeal.
The guy who gave me the ticket was then trying to give me tips for my appeal!!! Totally nuts!!! Told me to say it was a cloudy day, and also that to say I had not been in parking bay for 2/3 years and not aware of new layout charges. Don't think the last point has any bearing.0 -
You are not appealing this on what happened on the day, we take apart the whole scam and the lies they spout. As I said use the template exactly as is, just add your details to it.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

He was doing the opposite of trying to help you - he's nasty. Neither of those points would win at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
