I want to claim charges back from Capital One

but no longer have any of the account details. I was offered a £200 limit in Dec 99 and with late payment fees and missed payment fees this was soon up to £1,000 +. I would now like to reclaim but am at a loss as I dont have credit card number etc. I eventually settled up in full and threw all paperwork away. Can anybody advise please???????????????????

If you go to "Reclaim your bank charges" section you will get the information you need their.

I believe you need to write to the lender with £10 and a data protection request.
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
