Competition T&Cs

• Competition closes on 2 June 2014 at 11.59pm.
• Competition is open to over 18s and GB mainland residents only.
• One prize winner and 10runners-up will be selected at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted by email by Channel 4.
• The prize winner and each of the 10 runners-up will have seven days to respond to the notification that they have won. Should no response be received, another prize winner or runner-up may be selected.
• Due to the popularity of the restaurants, all restaurant reservations for the prize winner and the runners-up must be made at least two months in advance and will be on a week night. Weekend reservations can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• Channel 4 is the promoter of this competition. By entering this competition you are deemed to have read and accepted Channel 4's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Additional T&Cs specific to the Main Prize
• You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel insurance, travel to and from the UK airport or train station, and all other personal expenses.
• For trips outside the UK, you must have a valid machine-readable passport with minimum six-month validity beyond the return date, with at least two unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
• The prize can be taken up to the end of May 2015 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (20 December 2014 to 4 January 2015), Valentine's and Bank Holiday periods, and once booked cannot be amended.
• The restaurants are based on a list provided by: www.theworlds50best.com/list/1-50-winners as of 15/04/2014
• The restaurant reservation will be on a weekday and not during a weekend. Weekend reservations can be requested but are not guaranteed. We ask to be given at least three possible dates for travel and will endeavour to provide one of these where possible.
• The prize winner must provide at least eight weeks' notice to us before any preferred departure date.
• The prize winner will need a credit/debit card in order to check in at the hotel for a security deposit (amount required for the security deposit to be confirmed to the prize winner once trip is booked).
• All taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) in connection with the prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.
• Specified accommodation and restaurants are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability.

Additional T&Cs specific to the Runners-up Prizes

• Each runners-up prize can be taken up to the end of May 2015 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (20 December 2014 to 4 January 2015), Valentine's and Bank Holiday periods, and once booked cannot be amended.
• The runner up prize will be chosen by each runner-up from a list provided to the runners-up and up to a total value of £300 (including drinks) per runner-up
• The restaurant reservation will be on a weekday and not during a weekend. Weekend reservations can be requested but are not guaranteed.
