You don't need to ask for mandatory reconsideration before you apply for a variation, but you do need to before you can appeal. Crellow is right that any variation awarded will only be backdated to whenever you apply for it. Are you 100% sure he hasn't paid himself any dividends yet?I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
