Any good new developments close to Chelmsford?

I am looking to buy a flat in and around Chelmsford and prefer flats that are new and modern. I came across the beaulieu project in Springfield but not able to get the timelines, future prospects, connectivity etc. There seems to be not many options for the new flats in Chelmsford. I work in London so I have to take trains so need to be close to the Train stations.
Would be grateful if someone could please give me some details around the beaulieu and other new developments around Chelmsford (and Springfield, Broomfield).
