Sony not returning/repairing product!

Hi, Hope someone can help.

I returned a faulty Playstation controller in March after calling Sony support to register the fault and was told it would be a maximum of 2 weeks for the case to be resolved.

I've called them numerous times and they just say it was confirmed as faulty 5 weeks ago and someone will call to update me. Which they never do, I have also sent a number of emails that they do not reply to!

I have asked them for details of where to complain and they tell me there isn't anywhere and will not give me a repair centre number.

Can someone please advise me what to do next!
