Send mother of the bride in the car with the bridesmaids! That's the traditional way of doing it - they're then at the venue ready for the bride and father of the bride!

This is what my sister did - my mum went in the car with the three bridesmaids on the first run, then the driver came back to pick up sis and my dad. That way my mum was there to say hello to people beforehand and for when my sister arrived.

If I get a car we'll probably do the same thing (I'm in two minds about it as our hotel is five minutes' walk from the venue so a car seems slightly wasteful, but the wedding's in November and I don't want to potentially arrive at my wedding looking like a drowned rat!).

Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")
Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")
