Water underfloor heating in bathroom?

If I'm having this put in around the house, is it best not to put it in the bathroom of an en suite or main bathroom? Is electrical more expensive to run in the bathroom? I understand it will take time for water underfloor to heat up. Do people usually leave it running on low all day and night?
