POPLA Code: Suggestions for use

I've finally extracted a POPLA code from the PPC which issued me with a sPeCulative iNvoice for a short overstay in a free parking area.

I would like to try a novel, one point POPLA appeal.

Do any of the regulars wish to pm me a suggestion?

Are you defined as disabled under the Equality Act?
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I would like to try an appeal beyond the standard winners to force a decision on a different ground from POPLA.

There is no Equality Act angle.

I've got one in mind if you want to try it - great to try on a dumb non-litigating PPC and very useful if you win...I'll pm you.

AFIK the ticket is indeed from a dumb non-litigant parking company.

Mind you aren't they all dumb - still cannot get their heads around GPEOL

And I believe I know which appeal point you are going to use CM :)

I believe you do, 4CR, and the PPC is perfect and so are the circumstances... :)

    Oh dear, how disappointing!

Your single-point appeal must have contained words greater than one syllable: you'll need to dumb your next one down!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

And what on earth is PSDSU?

Not a fan of secretive threads
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.
