i had some trouble with vodafone when i first took out my contract, but since then i've received excellent service from them. i quite frequently call up 191 to ask random question (because it's free) and they've been extremely helpful each time.

I take it ALL back. they messed up my tariff, and then even tho it states on the website that stop the clock is free and i had an email confirmation to say that it would be included in the tariff, i was on the phone for over 40 mins to sort out the problem.
