So, you're happy that it's in the agent's interest to *not* sell your house, and keep it on the market as long as they can (for this will make them more money than selling it in the first month)?

    Hi,

I have used them to list my rental property ( so not totally answering your sale related question )

But my rental listing experience was great... Signed up on my lunch hour... It had appeared on rightmove by 4pm and i had 4 calls before the end of the day....

I had the ad removed as i found a tenant, but a week later, they informed me they couldnt get out of their existing contract. I contacted visum and they relisted for free...

It was up on rightmove 2 hours later and i had calls that day...

I would use again when my tenant leaves, and i woulld givs them a go when selling...

Thats just my experience with them.

Yes, I see Visum Sales as simply a payment for putting an ad on rightmove. It would be me selling the house and nothing to do with them and they would play no part at all in the sale/selling process.
