It's no problem having an opinion, but you've said it yourself you are not expert at this side of the law, neither was another solicitor (retired) who posts here, we have learned from each other on here. Perhaps you could equally learn something from us like us with you if you stick around ?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thanks, but really, this isn't usually my kind of place for the weekendI sincerely wish you all the very best of luck in addressing your PCNs whichever way suits each of you best, I do. But I do still believe that the average Joe might benefit, even if just a little bit, from some basic understanding of the bottom line in law. After all, forewarned is forearmed. And as far as this part of the forum is concerned, I thought it was open to any opinions or approaches about PCNs, not just ADR. If I misunderstood that, once again, I apologise.
Have a lovely evening. Once this laptop lid is shut, I really will be outta here...0 -
We are open to opinions, for example I was hell bent on not even acknowledging debt collectors on these non debts. After a long discussion with Daisy (retired solicitor), there was in some instances a good reason to contact them.
And ADR is a good alternative especially now that district judges are ordering parking companies to issue Popla codes instead of wasting court time.
Also Parking Prankster has a blog, so you can perhaps look there for some background into the fight against these companies.
