Just a quick rant. Left Npower in November. Until yesterday they still hadn't finalised my bill. They finally calculated that they owed me just over £60. I appreciate that they are grossly inefficient, but I do resent getting the following email...
Just wondering if I should share their payment information with credit reference agencies.
We’d just like to confirm that we’ve cancelled your regular payment scheme.
We’ll send your final bill shortly, which you’ll need to pay in full when you receive it. On the back of your bill you’ll find details about ways to pay and ways we could help you with your energy bills.
If you do not keep up repayments and you are repaying a debt to us, we may share your payment information with credit reference agencies, which will affect your overall credit rating and may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.Just wondering if I should share their payment information with credit reference agencies.

I just transferred to them (as a result of their being 'best deal' from the 'energy club'.
So far they have asked me for meter readings three times.
Each time I've given them the reading as soon as I received the email.
On the other hand the electricity is a lot smoother.
I wonder how many people will post to tell me that it's the same electricity no matter who you get it from. <weg>There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
Been sending them gas readings every month since before November, so far they have ignored every one and sent estimates which, of course, are greater than the actual usage. Won't be with them much longer.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
