Hi!
Can any one give me advise about a parking ticket which I got when I parked my car on solo motorcycle bay in tower hamlets outside of controlled zone hours.
I checked their website of parking guide lines. It says that I can park my car in any bay except car club bays, doctor bays and disabled bays and still a traffic warden gave me parking ticket when it was outside CPZ HRS.
when I appeal it they say that solo motorcycle bays are not listed for timeplates there for it 24hr in forcible. there is controlled zone which says controlled zone Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
If there is any one who can advise me what to do please help.

If this is a council ticket rather than one issued by a private parking company you are best heading over to the pepipoo site as they are more experienced in dealing with Penalty Charge Notices0

I would seek advice from https://www.pepipoo.com rather blindly just paying it, there could be many issues with the PCN itself or with TRO of where you parked. They will need to see both sides of the PCN so take images and host them on tinypic.com and place the links in the new thread you create.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

A CPZ doesn't even apply to any bays. A CPZ sign imposes the times applying to any single yellows between the bays. It's a common misconception about CPZs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
