Hi thanks for previous help on here with another one of these pesky things.
My girlfriend has picked up another one this time parked on a road to a business park beside our flats - everyone in the flats parked here for since we been here for about 2 years then all of a sudden they seemed to start giving out these PCNs. We are going to do a soft appeal to start with but one thing I can't find out from the newbies thread is how long the PPC has to respond to the soft appeal? When does the time start and is working days or just days? I ask because we are moving shortly and wondering how this may effect things? Eg would have to give new address as I don't want to have to do this unless have to?
Thanks in advance!

When I put in an appeal to UKPC recently, they replied in about 3 weeks. You will need their reply because when they turn down your appeal they should send you a POPLA code, which the vital thing you need.
I'm sure someone will be along soon who will have a more precise answer.0 -
been asked and answered many times , but although its not set in stone the BPA cop apprently says 14 days for an acknowledgement and 35 days to reply
