Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. One winning entrant will win a three-night short beak for two in the St Pierre Park Hotel and Golf Resort, St Peter Port, Guernsey. The prize includes return economy class flights with Aurigny Air Services and three nights accommodation based on two people sharing a view room on a bed and breakfast basis.
9. Flights will be from the airport nearest to the winner which serves Aurigny Air Services flights to Guernsey and are based on the winner and their companion traveling together. The prize must be booked and all travel completed within 12 months of the winner being notified. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be amended without permission and may be subject to administration fees payable by the winner. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their companion both have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
