we are keenly priced very much below builders at least 10k and with a furhter 10K makes 20 k less
know what you mean about folk wanting brand new but this is only 4 months old completed 20th Feb
certainly dont think 6-8 weeks is unreasonable builders mangage to ask for 28 days afterall
Have sold 14 times and barring one sale have always insisited on a 28 day exchange date at least and always ask for 28 days sometimes it goes over by a couple of weeks but it at least makes them get on with itI found my eutopia tee hee I live in canada yeehaa!0 -
