Has any existing Tesco Credit Card holder ever managed to get another promotional deal on purchases. I was going to ring and ask, any tips appreciated.

I haven't sorry, but I rang to close the account a few days ago and was told I could reapply and get whatever promotion was then running in 6 months time (although a confirmation letter that arrived yesterday said 8 months and didn't mention getting the new promotion).0

Worth a call but the offer is either on your card or not, mostly balance transfers are offered, and there's no retentions team so can't get a tailored offer. After 8 months you are a new customer thus new offers will apply0
