Thought it would be helpful to let a few of you guys know that https://www.getterbetterhome.co.uk are currently doing a Free listing for both private sellers and people selling their home through an agent, where you get your property displayed for one month.
I currently use them a lot, since they advertise in my local newspapers and property pages which drives a lot of interest to my properties.
It’s a good site, and they won't release your contact details to anyone unless you permit it, and you can also upgrade your free package to include 4 extra photos for £3 which helps increase interest also a premier package which gives you 7 images, property description, priority listing and room particulars. There are other property sites such as https://www.houseweb.com which are good but seem expensive, but I recommend anyone selling their house to list on the web; however they are selling (private & agent) as it does increase interest.
If anyone else has any good property sites or comments about them please comment.

I am about to sell my house so this is of interest to me.
I've just had a look at https://www.Getterbetterhome.co.uk and there is very little information and when I clicked on links I got a number of Error 404 file not found messages.
When I tried searching for property to see what a listing looked like I couldn't find any in 10-15 different areas including Greater London and West Midlands.
There is also no mention of which property search sites they are linked to such as fish4homes, rightmove etc.
Anyone can setup a web site, a good house sale web site will generate interest outside it's own site by local advertising in newspapers (again no mention of this) or from property search sites.
A free listing is good but it will take me time to enter all the details which I cannot see generating a sale.
A site which impresses me is https://www.housenetwork.co.uk, they charge a fixed insertion fee of £199 and then a completion fee of £199 but as a percentage of selling price this is not significant, the site looks professional, they are linked to rightmove (apparently the most used property search site in the UK) fish4home, asserta and others. If anyone has comments or experience of housenetwork I would like to hear them.0
