CC with 0% purchases to buy TC (like M%S)

I was wondering if there is a credit card available that allows you to purchase TC and put them in a saving account like the one m&s allowed a few years back. I have had a look at tescos cc but need to have a read up on it to confirm still ok to do this.

I'm not aware of any options other than Tesco...
