Napier Parking infests rural Norfolk

A previously free carpark in sleepy Norfolk has been infested by Napier Parking.

The signage at the entrance of the site is this:

I think my credit card contract has fewer terms than this "parking contract".

I can't see a huge amount written about this outfit - they seem to use the agreed contractual charge model, there are no ANPR cameras on site at the moment and it's pay and display, the website looks a bit mickey mouse .

Anybody know much about this PPC? are they as shabby as Parking Eye? Do they do court?

Good grief it would take you half an hour to read those terms and conditions, assuming you don't go cross eyed in the process!!

Specsavers might be able to help :). Ask them for the lenses with the Unigate designer marque on them :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
