if i switch will i still get my disabled discount ??
At the moment I am with Southern electric but my discounted period has come to an end and im looking to move but I have been with Southern electric for a while and every year i apply for a grant to help pay towards my electric because i am disabled and suffer with chronic pain. Southern electric are now saying the eligability has changed and so they are not sending out application forms for it until they know the details.
My query is that as i am now looking to switch i dont know if i will still be able to apply for this discount and i dont know what im asking for. Can anyone help me ????

Do you mean the Warm Home Discount scheme? (Around £130 this winter gone)
If so, it doesn't sound like you qualify for the core scheme (don't have to apply, linked to Pension Credit). As such each supplier has their own criteria to receive the discount.
It might be changing, but it's worth asking your new/prospectie supplier what their criteria are.0
