Help On How To Deep Clean Laptop - Account Hacked

Hi,
I just posted on the eBay board as someone hacked my PayPal account and made quite a few large sum transactions. I have reported it to PayPal who have cancelled two of the transactions and have placed holds on the others which will hopefully get cancelled soon.
I've been told to have a word with the folk on the Techie Stuff to assist me on how to deep clean my laptop by the always helpful and totally gorgeous SOOLIN.
I am not a techie at all and I have no idea what a deep clean is. Please could someone assist me. Thanks for taking the time to read and thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help.

Accounts being hacked could have nothing to do with the machine you are using.
scan with malwarebytes, run ccleaner, post a hijackthis log
or backup and factory restore it
