Pro rata, Bank Holidays?

            Certainly will get it sorted, but am concerned for my colleague who works the Monday and Tuesdays. Could it be she has hardly any holiday entitlement if uses the Bank Holiday Mondays as holiday days?Genie

 She gets the same pro rata holidays, just more of them are pre allocated leaving fewer floating days.
 The trick is to get a flexible working policy in places so you can swap/share/cover when you need extra day.
 How are they managing the holidays currently, if you cover the other persons days off you might want to review your own allowances as if you do that you should be asking for holiday for the days you cover!0
