Needing to complain help needed

I stupidly used a company to reclaim my ppi, they asked me to fill out a form with all the details that I knew. Gave them only my name, address, dob and the company who I thought I may of had it with. Anyway I had a few loans with Santander one which I had previously claimed from ( they never asked if I had ever claimed) I received a letter a few weeks back to say that as I had previously claimed and not informed them of this I owe them £160.00.

I have not paid this up until now and am complaining as like I said I've had around 3 loans with Santander and they never asked if I had claimed on any.

Does anyone have any advise on the way forward with this complaint ?

You have no complaint.

You have employed a Claims Company to recover monies you've already received. It was up to you to inform them that you had already complained to that lender, they have no way of discovering this otherwise.

If you fail to pay their bill they'll first set debt collectors on you and ultimately take you to court to recover what you owe them. Note that you've signed a legally-binding contract with this firm.
