Transfere iPhone to Sony z stuff/apps/ect

I have had a look on net and carried out the following.
Iv downloaded Xperia transfere to my phone , tick
It said I need to download sony bridge application to my I phone, the only download app I can find is bridge for mac software so thought I'd give it a go and downloaded which is now stored in google drive.
So I have the wire connection from iPhone to Sony phone, click on Xperia transfers app and it's say I need to download bridge for Mac, iv down loaded bridge for Mac on both phones (even though can't find the app on sony) so ATM the mo it's a no go.will it only work if I have a mac laptop, I only have iPad and iPhone !
