CPP and PPI reclaims

I have a few questions about PPI and CPP reclaims.
I know I had CPP on a credit card as I thought you needed it, but I took the card out about 15 years ago (possibly longer). I had the card until about 5 years ago, but which time I had cancelled the CPP. Can I claim for when I did pay it still?
I did get a letter about it, but at the time I thought it was a scam, like those phone calls you get to claim PPI, but then they take a lot of it.
I also had PPI on a mortgage that was taken out in 2002. I had that mortgage until 2009, again by which time I had cancelled the PPI. I think I cancelled it more than 7 years ago can I still claim? If I can, I can't remember any details of the PPI, although I know it wasn't with the bank the mortgage was with, so I'm not sure who to send it to. Either the mortgage bank or the IFA recommended it.

Pre-regulation complaint if you were sold it by the IFA. Rather difficult to complain about if you can't even remember who sold it to you.I also had PPI on a mortgage that was taken out in 2002. Either the mortgage bank or the IFA recommended it.0
