Credit Card - John Lewis Partnership Card

Hi all,

I have just spent £300 on my new credit card, can I now pay £300 to John Lewis from my debit card or do I need to wait for a statement to be generated?

With my credit limit of £750, if I pay £300 now, as soon as this is processed will I have £750 to spend again?

Thanks
