Would appreciate any help with a question regarding this form. Completing the capital section regarding assets etc and unsure exactly what to put under the property value. My soon to be ex wife and I have agreed on me buying out her equity in the home but as the original deposit was all my money she has agreed that figure should be part of my equity so under the property amount should I split the home value as we have agreed or do I still put this as an equal share?
