You have to wait for the bank to trace the payment.
If it was not sent to the account you asked, then the bank will refund you.
Otherwise the bank will confirm where the money was sent and you will probably have to ask Cap1 again for the money to be returned (with the evidence that they have received it)
Edit: Wow you sorted it? How as I always thought traces took a lot longer than 30 minutes to carry out
Would love to know the quicker way to resolve these type of issues

lol I had already been waiting for a call back from cap one but at that point didn't know what they were going to suggest. They were very helpful and got a payment reference number from the bank, found the payment and said they'd refund it tomorrow.0
