    I think you should look for another job.

    I think because points were given to a colleague will be enough for them to decide to sack you.

    Has the other person involved in this issue has also been suspended, i.e. the one getting the points?

    As an employee they should also know the rules and must therefore be complicit in the act. If not, it does appear as if the OP is being singled out.
