Any recommendations for a local blind maker please?

Hi , I have bought some lovely fabric which will be the roller blind in my newly revamped kitchen. I'm good at making curtains,but have never done a blind before and as this fabric is irreplaceable, I'd rather pay someone who knows what they are doing than risk it myself. Does anyone know of any such person in the Greater Manchester/ North Cheshire area who would do me a good job, or a reliable website?
