So consensus seems to be, visit your GP and get referred. As snoring always has an underlying medical cause

I used to snore badly and could never breath through my nose properly. After my partner recorded my snoring (it was horrific) I went to the doctors. I was prescribed a nasal spray, the snoring stopped, I could breath through my nose, and it also helped with my hayfever and asthma.0
