Ancient MP3 player

Its a MP-FUB26 MP-Ki 256 flash memory mp man MP3/WMA player.
The voice recording works ok but don't know how to download from computer. Have download from Amazon cloud played track and plugged in the mp3 player but nothing happens. Am new to MP3 and suspect it is just too ancient for windows 8.1?? Is there a driver I need to download? Any help appreciated friend gave me it free!

The manual is here.. it shouldn't need any drivers unless you're using Windows 98.
Plug the USB wire between your PC and the MP3 player and you should just drag and drop files onto it
