4. Participation and privacy


Anyone is free to answer the questions and compete for the prize at https://www.klm.com/flatornot. A 'Participant' to the promotion is defined as follows: anyone who answers at least one of the three questions correct on the klm.com/flatornot website, describes why he or she should win the prize and registers with their name and one email address. On entering the competition, the participant agrees to have his or her email address and details added to the KLM database. Participants will receive a maximum of three updates via email. Email addresses and other personal details collected for this promotion will only be used for the purpose of this promotion (including research in relation to this promotion) and will never be shared with third parties. 5. Selection of winner


The winner will be chosen from the participants who answered at least one question correctly and who, in the opinion of the jury, has the most inspiring and convincing argumentation why he or she should win.

6. Prize


The winner wins: two intercontinental flight tickets in KLM World Business Class to a destination of choice. The flight tickets can only be booked within the KLM network, on KLM operated flights. Both tickets must be part of one booking, on the same flight. Depending on the destination and the schedule, the trip will be in the new or the existing World Business Class. The prize is personal and cannot be sold to a third party. It can – but only with specific permission by KLM – be transferred without gains or profit to a directly related family member if the winner is for any reason unable to claim or use the prize him- or herself. If the winner does not or can not accept the prize for any reason, it reverts to KLM and it is at KLM’s discretion to award the prize to the runner-up in the KLM World Business Class Flat or Not competition.
