MOT Failure - Recommended Cost

Hi all. I have just taken my car to MOT and it has failed on 3 parts. It's a 2003 Ford Focus 1.8. It has failed on the following: 1 Offside front coil spring broken. 2 Nearside front lower ball joint has excessive play. 3 Nearside front (drum stick) steering component deformed and unserviceable. left is passenger side (assuming right hand drive) ie nearside. I just had to do the same job about 2 weeks ago. The trackrod ends are pretty cheap and the wheel alignment will need done anyway so probably better to do both at the same time.
