Hi I am a newbie to this so please bare with me... and hi all...

I checked my bank account this morning and saw a direct debt of £110 left my account. After dealing with the initial shock and almost choking on my tea, Once I composed myself I rang the bank and ask if this could be stopped and reclaimed. The very helpful gent from Nationwide done what he had to do and apprently the monies should be back in my account before 5pm today. My question is: Has anyone herd of the company called YOUR ACCOUNTS ONLINE?? I have no idea who they are. After many years of being in debt and now slowly back on the straight and narrow with my finances seeing this was a massive shock. As I know how much all my DDs are. I googled this company and its nontrading, based in Borhamwood and no phone number. Can anyone help or shed some light if they have had a similar experience.... thanks
