Anyone know how you get a copy of this for your property?

I had an outstanding debt with factors and they had a notice placed on the deeds, this has now been paid fully and i want to ensure its been removed or marked as settled

    If we're talking about a Notice of Potential Liability, the factors won't register anything, you'd need to if you wanted, but strictly speaking there's no statutory need to register a discharge of the notice, and given the fee is £60 I wouldn't bother. It doesn't remain valid in the same way as a mortgage or other types of notice - just keep the receipt.

    If the factors had started court action against you and registered an Inhibition then that will need to be discharged (if you want to sell or mortgage within five years).
