Also, I have made the following amendement in section 5:

The only signs are up onpoles with the spy cameras and were not read nor even seen by the occupants ofthe car, who were there at the invitation of Morrisons, to shop and enjoy freeparking (as any Pay & Display ticket is refunded at this Morrisons store) as expresslyoffered to customers in the principal's advertising and website.

Good point which is well worth adding to your GPEOL point too where you mention the P&D tariffs as it shows for genuine customers, which you were, there would have been no loss to the landowner (and we know there wasn't a loss to PE because they don't get the tariff money).

I would also suggest using the paragraph headings to create a numbered list of the points you are raising and insert it after your opening paragraph and before the body of point 1 - makes it clearer to the assessor.

POPLA's on-line appeal will be fine but I would recommend preparing a file (word, pdf) with numbered pages and the POPLA code on each page.
Reason being there is a text box to submit the appeal - some have had trouble with a character limit on this plus it tends to lose all formatting and just ends up as one large block of text, however you can attach files.

So enter the first part of your appeal (say down to the end of the numbered list or end of point 1 ) then add something like "The main body of my appeal has been submitted as file <filename>.

Then go to the submit evidence option and attach your file.
