Ovo Monthly Bill

Hi,

Can someone eplain to me how does OVO's billing work?

I was told I would get a statement every month.

I joined them end of February. Last month I had to contact the complaints department in order for them to generate a statement. I was told that I would get a statement every month. I have logged in today but no statement has yet been produced for April.

Can any other OVO customer tell me whether they have had their statement today?

Have you supplied meter readings?
If so you should be able to request an illustrative statement.

Otherwise (or even in addition) they will produce a new statement at every month end - but it's not always issued/available on the first of the following month; I've seen it arrive anything up to 5 days later.

When I first joined them it took a few months before I got the first automatic statement, but once they started they kept coming every month.
