I've shopped there frequently. THey are not as cheap as this sale and the shops sell a lot of other products too. There's two on the high st in Porthmadog one is bigger and sells emma bridgewater, jasper conran and a few other well known brands. This one isn't seconds. The smaller one nearer to the train station has lots of lovely knick knacks, sells firsts at the front of the store but then in the back area which is almost like another room has a big seconds sale.
There is also a seconds shop at portmerion itself but last time I visited it only had botanical garden and birds, we were looking for the dawn crocus range, of which I've never seen seconds of!

My order arrived today and one of the mugs was completely smashed in to about 100 pieces! I hope they have good customer service!

Everything else is lovely and I cannot see any faults on them :T

A bowl was smashed last time I ordered, but I emailed them a photo of the damage, added the order details and had another back within a few days.

Still a few nice bits left...

Although prices are definitely not as good as in previous years - there's a very good seconds selection of most of the ranges (both Portmeirion and Spode) at the Clarks Village in Street, Somerset (inside the Homewares Pavilion). I think the prices at Street for, e.g., the Spode Glen Lodge are about the same, if not cheaper...
