Changes that need to notify

Is there a list anywhere in relation to someone claiming income related benefits (ESA / LHA) and the changes in circumstances that must be notified?
The reason i am asking is that i am aware of the savings limits £6k to £16k tapered but its other things i am unsure about for example...
If you open additional current accounts to take advantage of introductory offers, free £5's or higher interest rates and transfer money around them to maximise this. Would you need to notify anyone providing the total money never exceeded £6k?
A complete list of changes that must be notified would be useful if anyone has a link to one?

Hi
There isn't an exhaustive list of changes that you need to tell LHA but if you have a change in your circs which may affect your income or household, you should notify them.
If as you say, the capital remains below £6k, an e-mail to them to advise your current balance should be sufficientI currently manage a Housing Benefit service and have been working in Housing / council tax benefit (as was) since 2001.

If, in total, your accounts never go over £6000, means tested benefits are not affected, but it might be an idea to notify them anyway, to save any queries.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.
