MSC Cruise price has come down

we are doing a 1 night Cruise from Southampton to Amsterdam later this month with MSC Cruises.

when we booked it a month ago it was £29 per person but now they are selling it at £19 per person.

so what are the chances that if i called them they would change it to the new cost?

i know its only £10 per person cheaper now like to save what i can.

I wouldn't hold out too much hope of them refunding you the £10 difference, but as the old saying goes, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained"

It won't cost anything to send an e-mail and you might just get lucky.

I'd be very surprised if they agreed to give you the money back. However, you could ask for an upgrade to a balcony room, which is now down to £29.
I've has success with them doing something similar.

How are you getting back from Amsterdam? I looked into this trip yesterday but couldn't work out a reasonably priced way of getting back.

Let us know how you get on.

Oh - and don't e-mail. I've never had a reply from them. They are good on the phone ... when you eventually get through - be prepared for a lot of call queue music.

Ooh - I'll have another look at the flights. I agree - it's an excellent price for the cruise - even at £29.

Our posts crossed - but as I said, you'll stand a much better chance phoning them.

    Good luck!

The problem with this trips it is too short and part of a longer cruise, they are filling the cabins that are being used from Amsterdam.

late flight back gives a day out but the logistics/costs of transport make it quite expensive.

Will get some idea of ships but these short trips tend to be quite different to real trips as people try to pack in as much as possible, with this been a filler for only some of the cabins it might not be as bad as true party trips.

MSC have some great prices on future trips and this should get you on the loyalty discount list for even lower prices.
