Prize

The prize is a trip for two to Madeira on Thursday 19th June 2014 returning on Monday 23rd June (4 nights, 5 days) the trip includes:

• Return flights from Gatwick airport to Madeira International Funchal
• Airport transfer from Funchal airport to the Pestana hotel
• 1 piece of cabin luggage (up to 20kg)
• Combined hold items (up to 20kg, 10kg each )
• 4 nights bed and breakfast in the Pestana 5* hotel hotel
• A digital camera
• £250 worth of Damart clothing

Each of the four nominees that is a runner up will receive a £60 Damart voucher. Once the winners have accepted their prize they will be requested to submit details of their chosen items from any spring summer 2014 catalogue by 5pm on Monday 9th June 201 in order for them to be delivered in time before the holiday.

The dates of travel are non- negotiable and the winner must be able to travel between the 19th-23rd of June 2014.

The overall winner and their companion (the Winners) will be given a digital camera to take daily photographs of their trip (and agree to take a minimum of 20 photographs of their trip in total.) Damart may engage a professional photographer to take pictures of the Winners.

The overall winner's companion must be aged 18 or over. It is the responsibility of the overall winner to inform the prize provider for the holiday of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the overall winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

Any amendments made by the overall winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. The Winners will have to share a double or twin bedded room unless they arrange and settle the costs of two rooms.

The winners must arrange and pay for their own return transport to Gatwick airport. Transfers from the Funchal Airport to the Pestana Hotel will be paid for and organised.

The Winners and runners up agree that any images generated as a result of the competition or supplied during the course of it, including those taken by a photographer or other agent that the Promoter may appoint, may be published across Damart's social media channels as well as their story and background to be published in print or online.

Damart and its agents will select five nominations at random and publish these on Damart's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/damartuk) at midday on Monday 26th May 2014 (subject to the consent of the relevant entrant, or where relevant the individual to whom the relevant entry relates).

Selected entries may be screened for decency and fairness prior to publication.

Facebook followers of Damart will be able to vote by clicking 'like' on the relevant posts on Damart's Facebook page until midday Monday 2nd June 2014.

After the closing date for voting has closed the participant who has received the most votes will be contacted by email and telephone no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 3rd June 2014. If you cannot be contacted by Thursday 5th June the prize will be passed to the runner up. The winner will be announced on Facebook after they have accepted their prize.
