Hi all,
Great threads and help on this.
The stage I'm at is I have ignored the fist 2 CP Plus letters and now have the Debt collectors letter. Do I write to both using the templates seen on this thread or as I've ignored so long continue to do so?

No idea why you ignored a PPC because that's not been the advice for over a year. Please read the sticky threads, debt collector stage is covered, all options are discussed in the sticky thread for NEWBIES for this stage. It's up to you which stance you take (the sticky thread answers your questions) but next time don't ignore.Hi all,

Was this a train station and was it a PENALTY charge notice (don't guess, did it have that word?).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
