House value change since 2006 ?

Hi, If a property in the midlands was purchased in March 2006 for 390k and had had no work done on it since what would you estimate it to be worth now ?

  • How long is a piece of string? Without any idea of what is actually in the property, the state it is in, what works may need doing to it, where specifically in the midlands it is etc etc etc no one here will be able to give you any sort of useful answer. Get a few estate agents round to do free valuations and look on zoopla and rightmove to see what other houses nearby are listed for/ have sold for.

    Its not my property, it is one i know will be coming on the market soon and want to know if it will be within reach/
