Hi
1st ever post on here and ever so sorry if this question has been answered (many times).
I was discharged from Bankruptcy in 2010. I followed the steps from this site regarding sending a pre-populated letter that has been kindly posted on one of the threads to the creditor informing them of my bankruptcy & discharge and could they change my credit rating to satisfied etc. I have sent this letter 3 times now to Lloyds and I received 1 reply stating they had no record of my outstanding debt and could I send more info. i sent everything I had relating to the debt which was an agreement via DFS. As said Ive heard nothing. I also sent the relevant letter to 2 other companies and they co-operated accordingly, but I still have this 1 outstanding and its obviously not helping in the slightest my rebuild of my credit report.
Please help.
Thank you.

Hi Mistermoo,
I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you've had with this. Can you let me know what address you sent the letters to? When we wrote back, did we specify what further information we required?
Thanks,

Hi Cheryl.
Many thanks for your reply.
The address I have used is Gresham st, London when I received a reply requesting, basically any further information I had as my details were not found. I sent all the relevant info I have and didn't receive any further correspondence. I then proceeded to try to physically speak to someone and spoke to a lady whom informed me I had to send further correspondence to Credit reference
Amendments dept, the address for that dept I can't find. Again without reply.
Regards

Hi Stuart.
The address for the Credit Reference Amendments team is:
Credit Reference Amendments Team
Lloyds Bank
Box 1
BX1 1LT
If that's the address you've already used and haven't had a response from, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Services team to let them know about your concerns. They'll be able to investigate. You can do that by completing our online form, here.
If you've any other questions or need any other help, let us know.
Thanks
