I subscribed to this and cancelled my subscription with them - to find out today they are still taking payment and refuse to refund stating that they have no record of the cancellation!

Please do not use them! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    You can dispute the transactions with your bank or building society. :)

    That is certainly true, but is unlikely to achieve the desired result without any confirmation that a cancellation request was made.

    But for the cost of a phone call, it might be worth a try.

    Well maybe they really don't have a record of the cancellation, in which case they're perfectly correct to continue taking payment. Not sure why this should mean no one else should use them...?
