Especially if it's 3 hours between visits. Very easy to get caught out by and completely missing the spirit of the no return (to stop you moving your car every x hours to avoid the maximum parking length).0

I should have update this thread sooner.
I sent a letter stating that I was not in the carpark for the length of time that they quoted. I said that its a local shop and my wife went back on the same day as I forgot to get something in the morning.
I got a letter back saying that have cancelled the charge.
All the above was true and I didn't have to get into a bun fight over it..

And here, there is one member of the forum trying hard to get a double dipping 2 drivers situation, so he/she can put in a one point POPLA appeal on this very issue and not having much luck, but random strangers to the forum do it without trying at all. And then they get it cancelled so we can't even persuade them to try a one point POPLA appeal.
